Kylie's Demo Training Blog Hop November 2019 Brightly Gleaming

Thank you for joining us for our Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator Monthly Team Blog Hop! We are so happy that you could join us today for this blog hop for ideas and creative inspiration. We are a group of Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from around the world that are taking part in training that is helping us to build a successful Stampin' Up!® business and reach some goals we have set. We really appreciate your support.

You may be starting here with me - Ginny Duncan from Maple Ridge, BC in Canada - or have come from another blog - either way you can find the link list at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and idea.

I love making Christmas cards, tags and 3D projects with all the amazing products in our 2019 Holiday Catalogue. Here are two projects that I made using one of my favourite Suites called "Brightly Gleaming". I love the hits of copper in the DSP and all the coordinating copper accents in the Brightly Gleaming Foil Elements and Classic Weave Ribbon!
This card was CASE'd from p 30 in the catalogue - a great way to show off all our concept artist's ideas AND a good way to jump start your creativity if you are in a bit of a rut for ideas! I used the Hammered Metal 3D Embossing Folder, Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper, Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack, 1/2" Classic Weave Ribbon, Brightly Gleaming Foil Elements and inside the Merry Christmas greeting from the Christmas Gleaming Stamp Set. This card definitely hits the "I Want it All" button to order and you can order your products by clicking here!
This Christmas cracker was super easy to do and I will be making lots of them to use as place cards on our Christmas dinner table. I just need to figure out what little treats to put inside before I tie off the second end. To make the crackers you will need a piece of Brightly Gleaming DSP cut 8 3/4" x 9" and scored on the 9" side at 1 3/4"; 3 1/2"; 5 1/4"; 7" and 8 3/4". Fold in on all score lines then open up. Take your small ornament punch and insert as far as it will go into each score line to create holes. I used the line on the punch to centre and line up straight. Add Tear & Tape along the overlapping flap, tucking inside for a finished edge. Add punched and embossed ornaments and tie each end with the Old Olive/Pretty Peacock Reversible Ribbon and you have a great display for your table!

Thank you so much for stopping by! We have an amazing line up of Stampin' Up!® demonstrators from around the world, and you are going to love all the amazing projects that you are going to see today.
