Sunday Share - Perennial Essence Suite in the Spotlight

You will love this suite for the hand-painted imagery on the Designer Series Papers - they are beautiful enough to be framed! Take a look on p 106 of the new Annual Catalogue to see what I mean . . .  and you can use these wonderful papers to create backgrounds for scrapbook layouts or stunning cards to give on a special occasion.
This card was fun to make at On Stage earlier this year in Vancouver (Stampin' Up! Regional Conference) and showed us how easy it was to create a gorgeous card using some of the new products - the Perennial Flower Punch, the coloured Vellum Cardstock, the stamps, paper and mini Floral Centres.
The Perennial Essence Suite Bundle gives you a coordinating selection of products with one simple purchase number. It includes the stamp set and tool bundle at 10% off plus one each of the other items listed.

The Perennial Essence Suite Bundle includes
* Floral Essence Photopolymer Stamp Set (10% off)
* Perennial Flower Punch (10% off)
* Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper
* Perennial Essence 12" x 12" (30.5 x 30.5 cm) Vellum Cardstock
* Petal Pink 5/8" (1.6 cm) Organdy Striped Ribbon
* Perennial Essence Floral Centers

Add your own ink, cardstock, and adhesive to complete your project or contact me to help you make it happen!

Or shop here to choose just a few items!

Here's some ideas from the creative artists who put together our catalogues for you - the catalogue is such a great resource when you want to make a card with a particular stamp!
And for those that love watching how a card comes together  - here's a quick video of the card we made!
Happy stamping!

Sunday Share - Follow Your Art

Today's post is the third in my series showcasing the cards we made at our recent On Stage event. It is always the best time to see other demonstrators as well as get first glimpses of new products and of course we get to take home an early copy of the new catalogue before it gets released to anyone else!
The Designer Series Papers in this suite focus on all different crafts - from sewing, to painting to hot gluing stuff - there's something for everyone! Our card sample used a piece from the sewing paper and we stamped and coloured the spools of ribbon for the front of the card.
There are several coordinating dies in the suite too - making it so easy to stamp and die cut your images (unless you REALLY want to fussy cut them!).  I love the Button Button Embossing Folder in the suite - so cute! And did you notice the mini Stampin' Up! shipping boxes?? Just like the ones we get our orders in - but so tiny and cute - with coordinating Washi Tape, too!! What's not to love in this suite???

The Follow Your Art Suite Bundle gives you a coordinating selection of products with one simple purchase (use this number #152181 and link here). It includes the stamp set and tool bundle at 10% off plus one each of the other items listed.

The Follow Your Art Suite Bundle includes
* It Starts with Art Cling Stamp Set (10% off)
* Arts & Crafts Dies (10% off)
* Follow Your Art Designer Series Paper
* Button Button Embossing Folder
* Follow Your Art Embellishment Kit
* Follow Your Art Washi Tape
* Mini Shipping Boxes

All you need to add is your own ink, cardstock, and adhesive to get started on your own projects!
And if you need inspiration look no further than this page with inspiration from the SU concept artists (notice the Stampin' Up! Storage units on this page??? Check p 160-161 for all items):
Want to see a video on making the card? Here you are . . . . .

Sunday Share - Daisy Lane takes Centre Stage with Savings for you!

There's a new daisy in town - the stamp set is called Daisy Lane and there is a punch that comes bundled with the stamp set called Medium Daisy Punch (that means you save 10% right now!). The cards below were part of my Catalogue Launch event and everyone attending got the opportunity to make both cards and take them home.  The first card is really #simplestamping and the other showcases what you can do using the punch for the flower, and the tag with the flourish and greeting from Beauty Abounds Stamp Set.

The most exciting thing about this stamp set is that it coordinates with the Daisy Delight stamp set and the Daisy Punch (for the larger image) that we have had in the Annual Catalogue since 2017. It has been a favourite for many and adding the smaller sized punch and stamp set gives us so many options for creating cards, layouts and 3D items too!

Here's a great card using both sizes of stamps and punches - the Soft Seafoam cardstock layer on  (the new) Purple Posy card base is the perfect backdrop for the Highland Heather and Daffodil Delight inks on the petals. Don't you love it??
And here's the one above that I did for my SU Canada Newsletter Article this month - it's easy to get inspiration with this catalogue!

Take a look at the 3D wall art on p 23 and pictured above - just beautiful and you can make it too - ask me for more information but get yours by clicking on this link so you have all the supplies you need ready for you.

AND if you purchase the Daisy Lane bundle before July 21st, I will reimburse you the shipping cost on your order as my thank you PLUS I will send you the two cards we did as our make and takes at my event. And to show you how versatile this set is - here's one more card you can make and give to someone special!
There's lots of amazing products both new and old in this catalogue - and so many ideas to help you create on your own or join me in my studio. Watch my events page for the next session and we can make some cards together! It's a great feeling to have cards ready to send when you need one in a hurry - no running out to grab something quickly - and you know "handmade" is always appreciated by your family and friends.

Happy stamping!

Sunday Share - Fun at The Wesbrooke and do you Paper Pumpkin??

The ladies at The Wesbrook are so happy that we've been able to schedule their card making days around vacations so they don't miss any of them! Last month we had a full group which was awesome and some were new to card-making too . . . it's great how the "regulars" take the new ones under their wing and keep an eye on what they are fastening down so the pieces end up right side up!
Here's my happy group of card makers - all smiles!
And here's the cards we made - a choice of cardstock base colours for the stamped daisy card and then a couple of very similar patterns for the other one. The birthday cards went in the box to give to residents on their birthdays - nothing says "Happy Birthday" better than a card made by one of the ladies for the residents . . . .
If you want to put smiles on the faces of your family and friends then contact me to start making your own cards - Stampin' Up! has all inclusive kits to get you started - no need for lots of supplies!
or choose the monthly Paper Pumpkin kit which comes to your door - (check it out here)  it's a great option to get a surprise kit every month (you can suspend if you will be away) but always order or suspend by the 10th of each month as that's the cut-off date! The picture gives you a sneak peek of July's kit (if you order by July 10th) which coordinates with three (!!!) of the product suites in the new catalogue! Here's more info from Paper Pumpkin's Facebook page -

  • Called the On My Mind kit and coordinates with Woven Threads, Garden Lane, and Come Sail Away Suites
  • Makes 9 mail-able cards with envelopes (3 each of 3 designs)
  • Coordinating colors: Gold, Kraft, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Pear Pizzazz, Pretty Peacock, Sahara Sand, Seaside Spray, and Terracotta Tile
I'm sure having fun sharing the extra refill kits I ordered from the May Paper Pumpkin for 8 lucky customers to purchase and come to my studio to make them with some friends! Watch for my next opportunity to get in on the refill kits classes or even better just order your own!!

Until next week - Happy stamping!
