Kylie's Demo Training Blog Hop December 2019 Nature's Beauty

Thank you for joining us for our Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator Monthly Team Blog Hop! I'm so happy that you could join us today for some creative inspiration. We are a group of Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from around the world that are taking part in training helping us build a successful Stampin' Up!® business and reach some goals. We really appreciate your support!

You may be starting here with me - Ginny Duncan from Maple Ridge, BC in Canada - or have come from another blog - either way you can find the link list at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and idea today and you don't want to miss any of the wonderful ideas!

I am sharing some projects today that I made with the Nature's Beauty Stamp Set - this is a special set designed by Stampin' Up! with proceeds going to mental health programs in each country where the stamps are sold - in Canada that means $4.00 of each set will be donated to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. The nature inspired images in this set can be used year round - they aren't just for Christmas even though the set was introduced in the Holiday Catalogue.
This card could easily be a Thinking of You or Happy Birthday card with a different greeting - I love the way the Toile Tidings DSP has some stripes and checks to choose from making it easy to create a card for any age!
I made up the Gold Mini Pizza Box into a small gift for a friend and included some 3 x 3 gift cards inside that simply say "Just for You" so she can use them for any occasion - and did you notice the Toile Tidings DSP also has some designs that coordinate perfectly with this set? I think she's going to love using the mini cards when she visits friends or to add to a small thank you gift.
I love how quickly these tags made up - and decided a collage of pictures and instructions was the easy way to show you. Let's face it, tags usually get ripped off the packages to see what's inside so having some quick and easy tags on hand makes for stress free wrapping - and you can make all twelve of these tags in less than ten minutes - truly!! They also make great last minute projects for co-workers and hostess gifts. BTW - the To/From stamp is in Snowman Season Stamp Set; the Ho Ho Ho is from Perfectly Plaid.

Want to get your hands on this Nature's Beauty Stamp Set and Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper? Shop here using this link and you will soon have them in your home to start creating!
While you are shopping remember to check the Year-end Closeout going on so you can pick up items that are discounted as well as a favourite item that you've put off buying - get it NOW so you won't be sad!

Thank you so much for coming by today! We have an awesome line up of Stampin' Up!® demonstrators from around the world, and we know you are going to love all the amazing projects that you are going to see.

Remember you are currently on my page - Ginny Duncan from Maple Ridge, BC in Canada, see who is below me to know where to go next.

Sunday Share - Last Minute Card Ideas For You!

Do you still have some cards to do and can't decide where to start? Here's a some quick and easy cards that we did at my Coffee and Cards - Christmas events during the past few weeks . . . so grab your patterned papers and some coordinating cardstock and get those cards done!

The Wrapped in Plaid Specialty Designer Series Paper Pack was perfect for letting everyone choose their favourite colour cardstock, and then taking a coordinating plaid and ink colour to make the card shine! Well, the Gold Foil die cut stars from the Stitched Stars Dies helped with the shine part!!
I couldn't resist using the Pine Tree Punch to make some plaid Christmas Trees on this card - and the gold stamped circle behind each tree really highlighted their places on the card. While I chose to do a Whisper White Thick card base, and a Whisper White panel for my layering, you could pick one of the colours in the plaid for your card base or the top layer to change things up!
This next card shows off the Brightly Gleaming DSP with its pretty ornaments punched from the Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack - punches make quick work of adding embellishments to your cards! Good news for everyone who loves this DSP and most of the products in this suite -they will be coming back in the Annual Catalogue in June 2020 in a special Christmas section - can you see me doing my happy dance??? I only have the tiniest pieces left of that DSP pack - it was great for so many projects!
And if you are needing a quick tag to add to a bottle as a hostess gift - then these super easy tags are the answer! Cut a piece of Whisper White Cardstock at 8 1/2" x 3" (you get 3 tags from one piece of cardstock) and score one end at 3". Punch a hole in the short scored end with a 2" Circle Punch and use the punched out piece for your greeting - this one came in the October Paper Pumpkin kit - such a great greeting for the tag or cards too . . . . corner round each of the four outside corners if desired; Garden Green Cardstock layer is 5 1/4" x 2 3/4"; DSP is 5" x 2 1/2" (and is from my retired supply). I added some retired ribbon to the layers before adhering to the tag base.  I corner rounded the ends to match the bottom two corners but you can leave it all squared too!
Looking for some supplies to tide you over to the new year? Then check out my online store here and shop the Year-End Clearance as well as regular products! I'm sure that Santa would love to leave some gifts under the tree chosen by you - for you!
