Sunday Share - Storybook Gnomes Suite Not Just for Christmas

Hi everyone - I wasn't sure about getting the gnomes until I fell in love with a home décor piece featuring a gnome but then I was hooked and had to get the fun stamps and dies for my craft studio!

Have you checked out the Storybook Gnomes Suite of products? Use this link to see what's included and add the items you'd like to your next order! While I was ordering the stamps and dies I got the Storybook Designer Series Paper too because who doesn't love die cutting shapes from their DSP?? And then I added the rest of the embellishments because why not??

Now I'm ready for some fun holiday cards like the samples from the concept artists shown here, but today I'm showing you how I used the suite for birthday cards!

I'm always looking for some cute ideas for all the birthdays in my family and I thought the gnomes really worked with my different paper choices - I used the Rustic Harvest DSP for the little guy that's hiding a gift card holder inside the card. I'm sure someone is going to smile when they open this card! It was easy to colour the mushroom with some Stampin' Blends that I had stamped then die cut and the little gnome was die cut right from the DSP!

The book binding card background features the Host Rewards DSP called Celebrate Everything - it's got DSP designs for every occasion throughout the year and is a fabulous choice when you are looking to spend some Host Reward dollars. You may have missed it but do check it out - it's on the back inside cover page in the Holiday Mini.  The book binding is a fun fold card that always looks great and helps you get lots of cards from one sheet of DSP since the pattern is cut to a 4" square! The 4" strips also create the extra trim designs on the card and envelope. I added Sheer Pool Party Ribbon and the Fine Sparkle Adhesive Backed Gems from the Suite.

Here's a video from Stampin' Up! to highlight some of the features in the Storybook Gnomes Suite - if you are seeing this in my newsletter you might need to use this link back to my blog to view it properly 😉

Are you on Team Gnome when it comes to crafting and home décor or are you still doing a "wait and see" like I was?? Once I realized these were an "all-season" item I was in!!

Shop anytime online using this link where the store is always open and doesn't know if you are hanging out in your pj's or not! If your order is under $200 please use this Host Code PMTNQQXT and you will be in the draw for sharing Host Rewards after my Craft and Chat event each month!

Until next time - happy stamping!

Ginny
