A Fun Fold Stair Card - Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop

Hi everyone! Today I'm joining a group of crafters sharing some "Fun Folds" with you so get comfy and check out all the designs - you are sure to find lots of inspiration in your Stampin' Dreams journey to each blog!

I think my card could be called a stair fold - but I'm not really sure. I got the idea years ago long before we had links to blogs and wrote down all the details and measurements except for a name - checking Pinterest this was as close as I could get to what I did 😊. I hope you like it!

I used the new Color & Contour stamp set in the Annual Catalogue for stamping all my images in Highland Heather ink . . .  it ending up being a monochrome card although that's not what I had in mind when I started out!  The Designer Series Paper is from the Hand-Penned pack - so many soft colours and the reverse side of the floral images was perfect for this scalloped circle background.

I added the Whimsy Die onto the front folded layer and it actually showed some of the tracks through to the inner layer too which turned out kinda' cool!  Circles were die cut from the Layering Circles Dies, and the sentiment from the Scalloped Contour Dies available in a discounted bundle with the stamp set I used.

Finishing touches include the Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon and Opal Rounds which go really well with the Highland Heather Cardstock base and inks and I added a strip of the Designer Series Paper to my envelope flap too!

If you want to order any of the products I used today, you can shop online or contact me to help. If you shop online, please use my current Host Code 7YJYRDYC so I can track your order and send my thank you at the end of each month.

Thanks for stopping by today  . . . .

Happy stamping

Ginny
